For three decades now, RAW Comedy – Australia’s biggest comedy competition – has unearthed an emerging generation of comedic talent from around the country. If you weren’t able to catch all the action live at the 2025 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, you can watch the RAW Comedy National Grand Final from Monday 28 July on SBS VICELAND and SBS On Demand.
The 2025 final was recorded live on Sunday 13 April at Melbourne Town Hall, hosted by Lizzy Hoo, with 13 emerging acts from across the country competing to win the RAW Comedy crown.

The 2025 RAW Comedy national finalists are Charlotte Kuruc (ACT), Freddie Arthur (VIC), Jay Kelly (NT), Jazz King (SA), Josh Spyro (QLD), Mariah Nickolas (NSW), Martin Darcey (WA), Michael Cho (NSW), Montana Papadinis (VIC), Nadun Hetti (VIC), Nick Starkey (ACT), Peter Josip (VIC) and Scott Lleonart (TAS).
National finalists were selected from over 900 budding comedians from all corners of the county who registered to compete across a total of 59 heats and finals.
RAW Comedy 2025 airs on SBS Viceland on Monday 28 July, 8.30pm, and will be available to stream on SBS On Demand.
