I Still Haven't Found What I'm Cooking For

  • Australia

Winner Sydney Fringe Tour Ready Award 2019 Melbourne Fringe

Nominee Best Theatre 2019 Melbourne Fringe

Every night a different comedian will attempt to cook a Jamie Oliver 30 Minute Meal in 30 minutes – live in front of the audience!

The audience will judge their food, rate their skills out of ten and follow the cutthroat competition – before an overall winner is crowned and bathed in comic culinary glory.

Our busy comedian cook will answer a never-ending stream of personal and political questions whilst juggling the mains, entrée and dessert, pitted against time itself and then thrown upon the mercy of the audience.

This is not a competition for the faint-hearted or weak-minded. This is a gruelling test of skill and endurance:

1 chef.

1 kitchen.

30 minutes.

A f#%k tonne of questions.

Pukka.

Featuring some of Australia's most exciting comedians, I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Cooking For is an award-winning, adrenalin-fuelled take on the Celebrity Chef phenomenon, destined to become a Comedy Festival cult hit.

'Stressful, messy and stupidly funny, the work has everybody in stitches.' Theatre Travels

'I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Cooking For is a concentrated, pressure-cooker of an experience for a different performer each night. A hell of a lot of fun.' Theatre First

'A funny and innovative critique on the Celebrity Chef phenomena.' Stage Whispers

'Hilarious.' Beat Magazine

Suitable for audiences 15+
